Why do some people get so "weird" here?

One guy added me, then sent me a mail to say hi, then he removed me from his circle, then he added me again, sent another mail, I replied and said hi etc. then he stalked my profile over night about 6-10 times from what I can see, then he deleted his profile, he's now a purple x

What in the world was all that about I wonder..

Bizarre and bizarrer. Lol.

Some woman did something on a low key similar to me. She added me, told me how much she looked forward to my posts, told me how empathetic she is, and then she removed me from her circle the next day.
