, parents ,the school and mental health officials and what are we blaming a gun really, under the law he couldn't even buy one so who does it belong to? The mental health investigation would have caused a denial of any gun purchase in the background check

We have strict gun laws in Canada and very strict laws regarding pistols. I was talking to a cop a while ago about getting a pistol. I didn't want one but I was curious about how well the gun laws worked. He said that he could get an illegal side arm in about 5 minutes if he wanted one. They are that easy to get in a place where if you are going through a divorce you can not legally buy a gun to hunt gophers.
