Why doesn't my colleague tell me where did she do her hair?

I have been wanting to dye my hair but I don't know which salon would have good hair stylist to do the exact colour I want.. and today I saw my colleague had this colour dyed perfectly. So I was so excited and asked her about it but she wasn't willing to tell and even avoided me. Why was that?

Some people are uncomfortable sharing that information, especially if their stylist is “blabby”, like mine is, for example.
