Why doesn't my colleague tell me where did she do her hair?

I have been wanting to dye my hair but I don't know which salon would have good hair stylist to do the exact colour I want.. and today I saw my colleague had this colour dyed perfectly. So I was so excited and asked her about it but she wasn't willing to tell and even avoided me. Why was that?

She doesn't want competition she's afraid that if she tells you and you go out to get the same look you will better in it that or she probably wants to be the only one with that look right now. It kind of makes a person feel less special when someone has the same look.

@Madelenie I know you probably mean well, but that's how some people are. I like that you don't care about what your peers think. I hope you find a good salon and get it done and rock the style better then her.
