Why doesn't my colleague tell me where did she do her hair?

I have been wanting to dye my hair but I don't know which salon would have good hair stylist to do the exact colour I want.. and today I saw my colleague had this colour dyed perfectly. So I was so excited and asked her about it but she wasn't willing to tell and even avoided me. Why was that?
