Maybe lift your head up and stop looking down all the time. Your body language is not inviting. If somebody did approach you you probaly would get caught off guard and not know what to do or get over excited and make to big off a deal. You need to relax. Unfortunately being miserable is a cycle that you get stuck in and wether you want to or not you are pushing people away. You yourself are not going to want to be around somebody in the mood your in, your trying to get away from it and via other people is absolutely not the way to go about it. I know this because I'm guilty of it myself.
