Why does nobody approach or notice me?

I will never understand it. It doesn't matter how often I go somewhere whether it be to the mall, to the theater, to whatever store I want to go to and it's all the same. No guy ever approaches me, looks at me or notices me.

It goes both ways, you know. Most people don’t just go up to someone and start talking randomly. That’s weird & creepy.

i need to warm up to people and then i feel comfortable talking to them in public its hard for me to just approach someone and start talking
