Maybe go for a walk somewhere quiet and beautiful? Or get a hug from a friend/family member pet. Read something gripping that transports you to another world. Or a relaxing craft/hobby - I recommend a "zentangle" (you can find tutorials on how to draw these on YouTube). Hope one of these ideas is available to you right now and makes you feel better :)
