How do you build confidence?

Volunteer at your local community center. If they do not have an event you feel will be excellent and in need. Then create it with the Center.

You can't make yourself be something you aren't ... You either are or you aren't ...if you force it then it comes off phoney ...just be you

With experience you build confidence, either at a job, hobby, or volunteer project.
