Tacky or good valentines gift?

I rented a chalet that me and my gf plus her two children will go to for three days in two weeks.Just me and my gf have been here once before and fell in love with this place.Now I know the owner so I asked him if he can bring a gift to place in the master bedroom before we arrive ( giant teddy bear with a Valentine’s Day card expressing how much I love her ,in its hands).Tacky or good?
