i will give up something that i enjoy doing that i do everyday that makes me happy in the moment like eating chips, example..its a sacrifice because i love eating them lol and to give that up for 40 days makes me feel good because its a small thing to do for all the blessings in my life even thought all my struggles and hardships..its an easy thing for me to do ..does that make sense? @SW-User
