Might as well. I'm already ugly so there's really nothing worse it could do.

No. I'm not beautiful by any stretch of anyone's imagination. But my skin is clear, and smooth. The wrinkles aren't deep and I keep moisturized. Why make myself uglier? It would only be hurting me, and repelling others. That's just plain stupid. Nope. Nature has already done the job. It doesn't need my help.

@nobodycares It will make a difference to you. But, I'm not going to try to tell you not to hurt yourself. You asked if we would mutilate ourselves. My answer is no. I wouldn't. Your face belongs to you.
