Who else thinks ebay are so deceptive with their pricing structure and promotions?

Ebay are fair, upfront and clear with their fees.

Ebay are deceptive with far too many get out clauses and hidden terms.

So they had a offer recently for free listings, and max £3 final value fee. I listed about 10 items, 7 of them sold but only one had the promotion of £3 applied. For the rest I got hammered with the usual 10% final value fees and as far as I am concerned I read the promotion T&C's with scrutiny and did not break any of them.

Imho 10% is just far too much. It really sucks if your sell something for £250 essentially you only get about £205 for it after ebay and paypal fees.
