5 to 6 hours. Along with the usual nonsense dreams, I often dream of being lost or unable to find my car or keys, or in some way being unable to leave some place. When I have good dreams, like being in a situation with someone especially attractive and its getting promising or exciting, I always wake up just as its getting good. lol
