I am having all sorts of problems with my phone it keeps sticking

Sometimes turns things off like videos I am trying to watch but I can't send it back as I don't any other phone it keeps also when you unlock it a line goes through screen like a heart machine I don't get what's up with it but one minute its fine next its not oh and it's always saying like browser not responding plus other apps is their a way to make it work better or is it on its way out only had it a month.

Try closing other apps. Sometimes when you switch apps by using the back button it only switches windows and the other apps you have opened are still running in the background. These apps consumes memory/ram which normally slows down your phone.
