I was wondering about contact outside of SW

IF you, dear reader, see a profile with a KIK entry or hangouts or snapchat - do you contact that person or just tend to ignore it and move along?

I would only if I actually knew them or had some chance to interact with them a bit here first, otherwise I'd feel weird, and maybe even a little creepy for assuming they wanted to talk to a total stranger who they have no feel of.
