No. It sounds like a smart thing to do.

@AmbivalentFriability thanks. I had some past year and it really help put things in perspective. But I feel like when I try to have others in my life it's makes my head fuzzy. I don't offer advice unless asked but others seem to offer it non stop about how I should lead my life. I find it quite annoying TBH. I know I'm quite the recluse ATM but that's more because I'm self healing and preparing for my next stage in life.

On here you seem fine, go for it

Not sure I really understand what you are asking? Mad as ‘insane’? For going to counseling? The really mad people don’t voluntarily go to counseling. I think it’s a great idea. Quite sound.
You don't come across mad, but that doesn't mean you don't have anger that may need to be addressed.

@Peppa you come across very caring and sweet. Just know it's okay to have anger too.
Peppa · 31-35, F
@BaldAndBold thank you. That's really made me smile.
Angers not an emotion I was allowed to really show growing up. And on the rare occasion I did show it I had become very violent.
I don't enjoy that feeling of adrenaline I can't control it.

@Peppa I understand. When we are taught it's not ok, it gets bottled up and then it finally overflows and we seem to explode.
What's helped me is learning not to repress my anger. I face it, think why something made me angry. And just feel it in the moment. It is important for all of us to know that anger is okay to feel and work through in that moment, so it doesn't build up.

Mad as in angry or crazy?
Peppa · 31-35, F
@Selah mad as in its not a politically or medically correct term. But do my posts and questions ever make you think, she's not 100%?
Maybe signs or delusion? Mood swing? Anger issues?
Something, anything.
I'm always looking for answers. Because I know I can get scatty but I don't know if that's as a consequence or something else

Doesn't sound like you're mad at all.
