Is it racist to stare at people who speak another language cause you dont like they speak another language ?

i always find myself doing it and thinking "go home"

I read about some redneck in a grocery store line yelling at two browner-skinned men "Hey, we speak English here! Go back to Mexico if you can't!" They smiled at him. "We're speaking Navajo, sir. Get out of our country if you don't like it."

Hint: Navajo is one of the many languages spoken by what some of you call "Indians," because back in 1492 the savage leader of a gang from Europe was too dumb to know he hadn't landed in India. This sort of behavior continues today in many ignorant traditions some call "white."
