in areas I have experience ,very confident .
take me out of my element , trying a new thing
then I would just be arrogant to pretend I got this
well unless it does have similarities to something I am experienced in
I just have to make a few adjustments to the learning curve
Example ,,I am good at certain games (not a gamer geek but I can play )
Put me in a new environment ,new weapons ,new gear and a few kids have already been playing it a while
I would just be cocky to think I am just going in and be god
Those kids kick your butt so bad you feel like a beginner ,,
So in my element I am confident ,,when I am not ,I know I am the rookie
and yes sometimes a 10 yr old can teach this old dog new tricks
(Son, how did you spawn that helo again ?) LOL
But real life is the same way ,I know a lot of things ,but no one knows it all
things are always changing ,,I can at least set up my own apps on a cell phone
my kids and grandkids think sometimes they are dealing with my grandpa .
I was tweaking operating systems before my grandkids were born ,I can upgrade too
get ya hands off and quit snatching before I really go "Old school " on ya butt
