Well, one example is the difference between men and women. Studies have been done on days-old babies, showing that male babies prefer objects; and, female babies prefer faces.
So, there's one innate difference, which isn't the result of social influence.
But sure. Of course we're different. When people say "we're all the same," it's just a general statement meant to convey "we're all the same species, so we should be on the same side," I think.
