People never call me badass? Why is that?

People call my friend badass because she speaks her mind, she doesn't put up with crap and she once beat up a bully for taunting her and bullying her a lot. The bully started it and took it too far. I was always scared to stand up for myself and avoided conflict. I'm very sensitive and people insult me very bad, I hurt so bad and for a while I storm off and cry in my room. I used to let people run over me but not anymore. People would pick on me on purpose to see if I can stand up for myself. I got called out for being a pushover and let people push me around. I told someone off one time but never got called Badass.
