Fast and loud. If that's your thing, then enjoy. I like fast. I used to like loud, when I was a young teen and young adult. Now, my hearing is pretty bad due to nerve damage from all the loud. I don't think fast caused any damage, but loud is definitely the reason for my hearing loss. Loud music and headphones.
