honestly, people should take care of their affairs before going somewhere to do anything..
if it needs to be attended to, put it in a bottle, box, find a place to change, not out where health codes especially are in effect.
i'm not sure one should be in any contact with anything publicly to do things that involve or should involve sanitation.
when i was raising my bratlings my wife and i attended to things in great detail and with proper storage.
and away from others and in a safe zone, if there was one to be had when we were out and about.
i'm not into all the germy things that we can come in contact with, whether it be a child's risk, someone with taxed immunities and more.
