@Thingschange4444 Hmmmm. Good for you. I quit illegal drugs in 94, but still struggle with alcohol from time to time.

Bless u mate. My heart goes out to u. I know ur not out for sympathy but i know only too well how relapsing and dependancy brings a person to thier knees. I wish u well.

I would only be guessing, but I imagine there is a common social theme . The nut shell answer might be stress or recreation.
