Why are black men more calm and nice than black women?

I don't mean to be racist, or prejudice against a particular race or gender but from my experience i feel black men are much calm and nice compared to black women. I don't know why people stereotype black men with violence, drugs etc.

All the black men i know are very reserved and respectful on the other hand black women are too fast to judge, take sides. Why is it black men are considered the most violent of all, whether it comes to crime or guns etc?

Thanks for the replies. I have black female friends who are very nice and matured. What i meant to say is i havent met a black women who is very submissive. All my friends(black females) can talk about any topic, argue easily, state opinions openly with no hesitation and of course are smart. Given a random black female vs black male: black females are outspoken and more likely to fight against something they dont agree with. Whereas a random black man can hold back his argument just to make peace with the situation but black men are stereotyped as more violent than any other races.

And whoever said men are nice because they want sex, i cant agree with you more.
