Why am I so fed up of everything....

As winter hit us these last two weeks of 6hr traffic jams,snow,and grey sky’s I’m already just completely done.I have no real joy that the holidays are here and in general am just fed up of everything ....... anyone ever get this way and if so how do you get out of it ,
