Would you buy a place at a cheap price if there was a murder happened in the past?

There are too many of us and... some of us obviously die and some of us kinda murder so what's the big deal? are you even sure you won't be murdering someone in the future? is it not safe? if yes enlighten me

My first house I lived in after moving out of the family home when I was 18, my best friend committed suicide in the room we shared. The house ended up demolished, but it was the most run down house in one of Melbourne’s “do not go to” neighbourhoods.
