@Picklebobble2 I agree with you. Very weird. I wonder if they are really women PMing you though because I know women get this all the time not that it doesn’t happen to men also.
@Picklebobble2 when people PM me and I can’t see a history on here as far as posts and replies I don’t really respond. If I do I know within 5 minutes they will start talking sex. Those accounts never are good news.
@Keepitsimple But these things always go the same way. you get into conversation, maybe swap details about what you do; where you're from; family; friends etc. Then round about a month in, they start asking you for money !
@Keepitsimple But when you think, in the time you've been talking you might have given any sort of information away !! Even talking about family members or what you do might be enough for a skilled person to create a 'fake you' and then who knows what they might do with it !

Several reasons for this. The top reason being, they are stupid. If they want to gain someone's trust, being secretive is not the way.
If they've joined no groups, they can't be very interested in the world we live in, so they are likely bored or boring. No friends? Well, I'm not looking to be the first. I feel if everything is hidden, it's got to be all bad.
@Serenitree Oh i agree entirely and i had my fingers burned once but it took me about SIX MONTHS to convince the police that whoever was doing what with MY identity certainly wasn't ME !
@Keepitsimple Eventually. The folk that do this stuff have a method or a 'recipe' that they follow every time they do it. So every person that reports them gives the authorities their modus operandi or their way of working.
