if you were you stranded and had to survive in the wildeness

Which climate do you imagine would be more hard to do that in a hot desert or a cold artic

Desert. Dehydration is a serious concern to survival, and it is harder to cool off in extreme heat. Artic almost always has snow which you can eat and melts in your mouth for water. And you can put on more clothing and build a fire and find/make shelter to stay warm.

for me, the cold. I can tolerate heat better.
