Why do I keep crying

Ever since I found out I have Lupus I cannot stop crying everyday. I cry when I wake up. I cry before I go to sleep. And sometimes throughout the day. I think of scenarios where I'm dying. Scenarios where I'm suffering. I don't know how to control this.

I’m so sorry. Must have been quite a shock and it will certainly require a period of adjustment. Maybe you should think about getting some counseling to help you cope. Wishing you all the best.
