Is Israel a good place to live in? What's it like there?

@Dan193 Dan , the media exaggerates , like it does about everything.

There are attacks in Jerusalem and even in Tel-Aviv. But they aren't as frequent as in Arab countries.

It's safe for you to be in some places in Israel if you are a westerner.

I think it was about two years when an American was kidnapped and burnt alive there? But that's because he was a Muslim.

I was in Israel durring summerbreak, fifth year medical school with the MSF. I can't remember the year 😕. Maybe five years ago.

I know that military service is obligatory in many countries. But I won't let a sibling of mine grow up in such places. I already have one brother in special forces, counter terrorism unit. I worry for him every day.

I also lost a sister in a terrorist attack and other relatives.

No way I will ever let it happen again.

@Miram damn burnt alive. Scary. I would for sure like to visit that country one day, but I think I'll just wait until the dust settles down.
