Contact the Police ... as in with great urgency. Nothing, and I do mean [i]nothing,[/i] is outside the realms of 'possible' on the Internet and I would consider it to be a hostile situation.

@Dan193 If nothing happened, then it wouldn't matter. But I would give all the detail I could get together and report it. I know a lady who got harassed by a guy living in France, who threatened to turn up at her house and deface it; two weeks later she came home to her house having awful graffiti on it. That's a fact!
