I have a dilemma. I found out something about my dead grandpa, regarding my mom, from my granny the other day, so...

should I let my mom know about it? which might change her opinion a little bit about her beloved father. or should I just not say anything and leave the past be the past, since he's dead anyway, to leave her with a good memory of him.

I think you should let her remember him fondly. What's the point of saying something if it's going to be upsetting for her? It's not like she'd be able to talk to her dad regarding it.
