It was quite personal. But there was also the one where there was a fight outside my house and I went out to break it up. One of the guys had an angle grinder/circular saw thing(it was kind of a combination of the two, honestly) and when I pulled him off the other guy he turned around, pinned me to the ground and put it through my face. The feeling of it going through my lips, teeth and jaw still stick in my head quite vividly. Intense burning pain and a feeling like a dentist drill times a million.

@Vestorius Indeed I did. It was quite vivid, the whole dream was really. I have a lot of really vivid dreams.

Yeah I had a dream where a huge snake was trying to eat my cat. And I was wrestling it and woke up choking with the sheets wrapped around my neck.
UndeadPrivateer · 31-35, M
@ScarletWitch Yeah, I've woken up with bruised knuckles from hitting my bedstand while thrashing in my sleep before too. :/

Oh.... easy
I was like 6 or 8
my uncle/god-father died and I had nightmares that re-occurred many nights in a row. He was the first relative to ever die in my life
I had dreams where my essence was a white canvas and it was pure but suddenly it wrinkled into a crumpled darkened form and then back again it smoothened
This was how my conscience correlated death and I would always wake up crying not to mention with a deep saddened sorrow for what had happened to my relative who died in a car accident and no one helped him out. As he lay there crushed by the wheel asking for help and people around waited for medics to arrive. Yet, unsurprisingly- they did not get there in time.

hmm, I guess it would be killing my Aunt dismantling her body and burying it in the back yard, only for her body to be reconstructed and come back alive to hunt me and I have to redo everything again, that is kill her.

that time I dreamed people were shooting into the house from all sides and we were crawling on the floor to avoid getting shot. That was weird.
ScarletWitch · 31-35, F
My grandmother told me she has a similar dream. She was a little girl and everyone had to get on the floor bc Al Capone and his gang were shooting through her home. Just a dream though.

@ScarletWitch I probably ate before going to bed, IDK. But odd that I had that dream many years ago and I can still remember it. It woke me up.
ScarletWitch · 31-35, F
There are so many. But the most disturbing is finding my dead mother dead in messed up ways. I had a dream i was back in my old home and the moment i opened the bathroom door i saw a red glow from under the door. Bathroom was full of blood everywhere. Found her mangled up body in my dreams such as in the tub, in the sink, behind the closet door strung up, dead in bed. Horrible
Vestorius · 41-45, M
@ScarletWitch that is terrible.. I hope it stopped.
ScarletWitch · 31-35, F
But in every dream i am not an adult. I am still a child. Still around the same age when they found her. The worst dreams are those that have her alive and letting me know she isnt dead. Id be back in my grandmothers home and I remember her wearing an all red coat. Knocking at the door. I was so pulled back I hugged her and i thought it was real. :(
I´d say the dreams that I had years ago that I still remember to this day, not because they were disturbing but because they were so vivid they felt as if they were real.

Dreams don't disturb me, real life on the other hand can be quite frightening.
yeronlyman · 51-55, M
They are dreams so I don’t find them disturbing.
You'll have nightmares... Not telling!
