Do you give to beggars ?

I seen a beggar today so gave her all my money, well what i had on me. I googled if it was right thing to do because of drug problems etc, the first few pages advise against it , i was shocked really.

Some major charities are frauds too.. You just have to use some lvl of judgement obviously not everyone is a fraud but too many are..

@Fernie yeah I guess so,there's several churches here,but not enough that do,i know of a few money mills here,they shove an offering in your face more than once,once is enough,

@Fernie bad people are bad people, we have dodgy politicians, police officers, bankers, multi national company owners, royalty ( my country sorry not yours ) it's just easier for some people to pick on homeless people and generalise

@Teignmouth Exactly right!! homeless and people getting help from the government...food stamps, fuel assistance, disability...they are all accused of being frauds. Yeah, some are, as you say, bad people are part of every group..but, they are the minority...most homeless people need help for various reasons....most people getting gov't support actually need that help. People really hate the idea of some one getting something...in their opinion...for nothing. So ignorant
