@Pfuzylogic bad enough to make you puke. I find the adamant ones either amusing or annoying but not gross. They're no worse or better than the adamant religious people.
@Pfuzylogic oh, yes, you are! Not debating that! I was just wondering if they literally nauseate you or if it's a figure of speech.
You and I have spoken before. I'm a bit nitpicky. But please don't ever think I would try to debate your right to express yourself exactly as you choose. I respect you. I respect your views and your steadfastness. You are not wishy-washy. You stand firm and don't back down....and so far, I've never seen you be rude.
@Serenitree I am not going to credit you with being nauseating but I have seen many here pushing evolution as an unquestioning science. That part I find nauseating.
I don't find a Living God's creation as a part of "Man's" Science but beyond any compelling observation.
@Pfuzylogic I'm pretty much agnostic, I suppose. I don't know anything for sure, but my only question has always been, why are the two mutually exclusive? Why is it that I seem to be the only one who thinks that God could have created everything and planted the seeds of all we are and see today, and then decided to watch and see how things evolve?
God, as the first and ultimate scientist, is the only scenario that works in my mind.
@Serenitree I find God didn't hide. That God was made known. That there is a story of truth. That evolution is a fiction that was made up to replace the true story.
@Pfuzylogic I think I understand what you're saying, but I don't see how it differs much from mine. However, I will never say I think you're wrong, because I don't.
@Pfuzylogic the one I said. God created everything, like you planting a garden, and then watched it grow and change. This isn't intended to be disrespectful of any beliefs you hold, it just seems to me that as the first gardener/scientist/parent, God would take some pleasure in watching how things develop. Remember God gave man a very complex brain for a reason. If it wasn't meant to be used to think and explore then why bother. I don't believe it wasn't meant to explore all possibilities and learn all we can learn.
@Serenitree That is your contemplation. In Genesis it shares that Adam named the animals. If you read the creation of Adam, I couldn't think of a more intimate and caring way to be created:
