I almost feel like answering "Has there ever been a day when I haven't?" I have a talent for putting my foot in it. Usually when I make a joke people think I'm being serious.Like this morning, chatting to a health centre receptionist, I came out with "You'd need plenty of patients (patience). "Oh we have quite a few".
