What happened to men?

Men used to be so cool.

I don't think it was feminism. Because a real man wouldn't feel emasculated by a woman getting her fair share. (By the way women who berate men for being gentlemam are not feminists, they are insecure and sad.) I like to share respect for my man. I enjoy being total equals, and secure men aren't afraid of that. I just don't know what happened.

bijoux has a very dire victim complex. She imposes connotations on words and refuses to see them as anything else without being very upset with difference in perspective from other people. I saw that earlier with the N-word discussion I had with her sometime ago, and now here again with the semantics of equality. She feels a certain way, and that's that.
