What is the difference between a blog and a vlog?

@Stereoguy Depends; but there is money to be made. To be successful, the vlog will need lots and lots of hits - in the hundreds of thousands to millions. Hosting it on YouTube is a good start.

@Stereoguy There are a few different ways. Some people get money from ads, others ask for donations. Or some also sell things and the vlog helps direct people to the page that they are selling it on. Or you can cut a deal to have your vlog mention certain companies, things like that.
The important/challenging thing is gaining a stream of followers.

Though people also get managers that sponsor them and the managers get like 10%
