What do you call the cars who drive slow or tailgait you?

Depends on the situation. Sometimes there is a reason for going slow. As for tail gaters... pull over, let them pass. I am not a slow driver. Very few really want to actually tail gate me. However when it does happen I usually pull over when I can.
