Do you PM people you've never spoken with? Do you add and PM at the same time? Do you add people you've interacted with on a post?

I reply to posts. Once someone starts responding to my posts, I see it as a positive sign. Eventually there may be a PM depending upon circumstances. After a bit, if I feel comfortable with them, I add them.
