Unlikely. Because everyone might have the same goal; but, everyone has different ideas on how to obtain it.
E.g. Goal: We need money:
"Let's sell defective merchandise that people will have to re-buy again and again."
"No. Let's rob a bank and kill a bunch of people"
"No. Let's perform a service and recieve compensation for it."
"Naah. Let's hire other people to perform a service for others, then take 95% of what they earned."
