It varies, like any treatment would.
A lot of the time, you lose a good amount of freedom during the first few weeks. It's a little dehumanizing... but in the end, if you put as much in to your recovery as you have harming yourself, you'll have a beautiful transition in to healthier coping and habits.
Expect regular weigh-ins, scheduled and supervised meals, open-door policy, therapy sessions that are both individual and group, healthy habits classes or training, and strict rules that grow stricter with misbehavior.
