What do they do to you in rehab for eating disorders?

My best friend went to such a rehab for 4 months but she was under 18 so I'm not sure the same things would apply. At first they didn't let her have a phone (for like 2 weeks). They didn't let them flush the toilet, they would check them up regularly and they had teachers for the most important lessons. I think they let visitors only every weekend and after a while she could get out for one day if she wanted.

@FutureIdol I think that's how it feels like but they do all these things so that the outter world won't influence you in a bad way.
