@hlpflwthat suppose someone wants to get govt. job but he always fails to get it then at end he says himself. he does not has good luck thats why he stops searching govt job... what do you think about these kind of people?

If he still wants it, he keeps trying - even while he works doing something else.

@hlpflwthat yes you are right... but most of people stop trying if they fail for many times and then they blame at their luck:)
