Do you work smart or do you work hard?

I can make the case that working hard IS working smart

Both and I don’t like what i do

Smart. No not really but it pays decent.

To me working 'smart' means working organised. Then I have no stress. Or little stress (when there are many assignments to complete). Working hard would then depend on the amount of work. It variates every day.

I try to accomplish majority of my tasks for the day in a set amount of time.
Yeah, most of the time. But then there are bad days, of course.

Both? I'm never satisfied though.

I work hard. I'm working on how I can work smart. Yes, I am currently pleased with what I do.

Both, work hard towards the smart, it jus takes soo much time.
