Every time I meet someone on here and we message, the next time I go to contact them they are never on line or just never respond!!

It's common place on here ...just enjoy it for what it is . Don't have expectations other then just a casual chat and silliness ...that's all it is . Some people on here tend to make more out of it than it actually is .
