Looks like my neighbours are having a party. They're playing music and singing out loud. I want to go tooooo but I don't know those people 😵

@Dan193 Why not? I'm sure they are aware of the noise level. Just say, "Hello, I thought I would come and introduce myself." Meeting your neighbors is a good thing.

@JimminyChristmas Yeah but what if they're with their family or some relatives came to them and they're celebrating right now. ANd I'm like .."hey guys, I wanna drink too, can I come in?" xD

@Dan193 Bring a party warming gift. If the party is well underway, no one will be offended. As long as you aren't crashing a funeral, it's probably fine.
