The first person I blocked was someone who attacked me personally. When I let it be known that I would not be voting for Hillary Clinton, she said, "Get a fucking grip. You have way too much testosterone." As if I couldn't be a woman if I didn't vote for her.
The others I've blocked have been people who have sent me unwanted nude pictures or obscene messages.
But no, I don't get block happy. I've used the block feature very sparingly. I would never block anyone just because they posted something that I didn't agree with. If I did that, I wouldn't have one of the best friends that I have on this site. People who do that don't know what they're missing. You don't have to agree with someone on everything (including on political issues) to have a deep, powerful bond with them.
Hopefully some people on here will grow up and realize that.
