Not sure if there's anything you can do. Our tastes develop and change over time and there's nothing wrong with that. Music is a constant. There will always be something out there that suits your current desires, you just have to look for it. And who knows? Sometimes you just need a break. Think of this as a phase; explore new music for a while and see if you naturally go back to what you're used to.

I went through this phase. Basically I had to listen to 2 hours each day but now it sometimes, 45 - 50 mins. Not sure wha can be done but am happy way things are :)
I have pursued hobbies like studying GCSE stuff and sketching. Maybe find other things that keeps you happy and productive, active?
